The Marketplace has been approved for its own county
restaurant license. Food vendors that wish to sell at
the marketplace may do so under the umbrella of this
license and will NOT have to obtain their own
temporary restaurant license. There is a commercial
kitchen available for a small fee at IRCO
(International Refugee Community of Oregon) for those
needing to prepare food off-site. For more
